“I love helping to make the dream of owning a beach home come true, helping every step of the way,” said Suzanne Hampton, who vacationed in Ocean City as a child and fell in love with the shore.
Born in Michigan, she grew up in Jenkintown, Pa. She graduated from the College of New Rochelle with a bachelor’s degree in art and art history, is married and has three children and eight grandchildren. Suzanne and her husband live in Ocean City, where they moved to in 2005.
Suzanne is a member of the Ocean City Board of Realtors, New Jersey Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has been with the Grisbaum Group since 2012.
She is a Certified Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), helping with right-sizing and buying a retirement home at the shore. As an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), she is committed to helping clients through their entire journey to find a perfect beach home.
“I will hold your hand every step of the way,” she said.
Suzanne is also a certified staging professional and has experience in interior design and home renovation.
“I love making people happy,” Suzanne said. “I want to make buying a home fun for them, smooth with no hassles. I love putting the pieces of the puzzle together.”
Prior to moving to Ocean City, Suzanne was a working artist who made functional pottery and had shows at the Abington Arts Center. She also did a lot of volunteer work for Abington Hospital and raised her family.
Outside work, she is the historian of the Richard Somers Chapter of the Questers Historic Preservation Group. Her chapter is involved with the restoration of the Historic Life Saving Station at 4th Street and Atlantic Avenue in Ocean City.
She also loves playing golf, gardening, knitting and quilting.
